New to the forum but ready to roll

Post by bigbropgo »

I am new to this forum but i've been reading everything about the ol' rattler and catching up on the smelly bum love saga. He had me interested in some crazy parts. to bad.
I own a pgo pmx. I swear I am the only one in the whole united states. but I know the cousin rattler share some of the same parts so all is not lost. I have enjoyed all of the discussions so far. keep up the good work. if anyone hears about the big bore for the rattlers, spread the wealth.

possibly shady but unfortunate non the less. It sounded as though it gave every one something to watch/wish for.

I wouldn't mind a rattler but my current scoot will do fine. the thing I didn't like was I bought it not haveing done any homework. I was new to the scoot world and found one i liked. I was afraid to even put to many miles on it. What if something broke? Finding someone who can set me up with mods or oem stiff has made me want to ride more. LAME BUT TRUE>

I also didn't quite get it. Was smelly BL a guy with a hobby of exporting or a saleman selling on the side. If there was this much interest in a product I could provide, I think I would get something set up. Trying to get parts from MRP is tough. Makes me want to be a dealer so I can simply provide to the scoot world. (i know its tougher than just makeing a phone call)
I'm not jumping on the bash bandwagon, I am just bummed I can't get a 132cc big bore!

I have followed some of the posts in this forum about scooterworks not curently looking into big mods for the rattler. But if these things are available elsware what are the chance they will turn up here? Supply and demand right. How many people have to demand it. I live in a state where scooters are slowly being supported. But a 50cc will get you killed.

it looks like he moved there with his wife, got a scoot, became friends with the guys at the scooter shop, and knew people back here wanted the stuff he could get but we couldn't. Any business ideas he had didn't seem well thought out.
