That's an aftermarket helmet hook sold for other scoots, but mountable via screws.

My newest mods........cheapo style
2 Hungarian Shoulder bags @ 14.99 each
2Clips @ 99 cents each
26 inches of black tie down @ 3 cents per inch

I want to get a chrome rear rack, topcase and saddlebags. I'd also like to get a windshield and whitewall tires.

Great! I have designed some saddlebags... kinda... and now need to learn how to sew. Ha. Any day now.

No sewing neccessary. Just get the 3 prong plastic clips from michaels or an army/navy store and the rope just feeds thru them and stays taught. God knows I can't sew either!
