My carb turned out fine!!
I'd let my bike sit for a month, and it wouldn't start. Took it to the dealer, and thankfully he just had to "blow out" the carb.. She got her first maintenance too! The first maintenance was free, so the whole trip to the dealership was $0. Happy camper, happy camper!!! I know some of you said to use Seafoam: the mechanic said just to use it it it's going to sit for a long time. You guys said to add an ounce when you fill it up as a preventative measure right? Thanks!

Add seafoam/stabil/additives only when going to let the bike sit for a long period of time. Run the bike and ride it some with the additive in the gas tank so you get some of it into the fuel lines and carburetor.
Just adding it into the tank isnt enough, it needs to run and get into the fuel system completely otherwise the non treated gas left on the system from the last ride can gum and clump up over time.
