Blown fuse?

Post by yamajin »

Hey all, I just uncovered my buddy, put the battery in, checked electrical and all seemed well until I tried the starter when I heard a pop, and out went my electrical power and obviously no start either. Can anyone tell me what to look for or how to fix it? Thanks in advance

ele issues can be a pia

there was just some one who had this issue on another forum and that person hooked the battery up backward and fried his whole ele system

so the first thing i would do is make sure the battery is hooked up properly and tight and take a volt meter to the battery and make sure it is fully charged

then try replacing the fuse and if it pops again right away you have a dead short some where and its time to start looking at all your wires
