Wed is the 16th annual Ride to Work day. Take your Buddy to work (if you don't already!). Although this originally started with a motorcycle focus, it has been expanded to encompass scoot riders too.

I had a low end spill 1 day before starting my MSF basic rider course. Subsequently passed the skills portion 100% 3 days too late! That was on June 10th 9The accident).
The extended 4 week wait period is due to some lagging parts from Piaggio or other dealers and the paint guy is backlogged. Meanwhile I carpool with my wife or ride the bus+walk.
Sigh...

I saw tons of motorcycles today.
I saw some real lame a$$ driving too by some of these same riders. These people need to leave their urban assault vehicles at home more often to keep their skills up on their bikes.
I didn't see any scooters. Lots of Harleys and Harley wannabees, crouch rockets, and couple of large touring bikes.
