just wanted to share that finally the Stella 4 Stroke has arrived in our neck of the woods. after months of waiting and delays they finally arrived last week. the first units are, hopefully, going to roll out of the showroom in a couple of weeks after all the papers are finished.
Hope to give updates as soon as we see them on the road.

Yea that orange is pretty cool.

It's interesting because LML used to have a presence in the Phil.
This is awesome. What shop are these in? Scooter Depot? (I've been talking to someone from there via Twitter.)
Nope this is from 2211 Works. They used to be the dealer of Piaggio, and now is the distributor of Genuine here in the Philippines. Scooter Depot is one of their dealers. The guy who runs it is a good friend too.

Are you from 2211 Works? I think my brother (who lives in Ayala Alabang and works mostly in Makati) knows the owner, or one of them. It really is a small world after all.
I keep saying that next time I visit I'm going to hit all the shops and find a way to go riding. I just haven't visited in too long!

Nope, just good friends with the owners. I practically am since I'm there almost every chance I get haha. I run Vespinoy.Com and MotorcyclePhilippines.Com.
I think I've met your brother na (David?). He's part of the MTB-Tri group since one of the owners also owns a shop for bikes, plus we all go MTBking also.
Let us know when you're dropping by. That'll be an excuse for a party, since we've practically run out of excuses. The VCOP (Vespa Club of the Philippines) is having their big party tonight so most of the scooter guys will be there. I hope to get some photos to post here if I don't get plastered too early haha.
I got the "orange" stella which is actually "dijon". More orange in certain light, yellow in another. I'd post pics but i'm still too stupid to figure out the hoops to jump thru (i'm a click and drag guy). I actually have pics of an extremely hot chick on it (which only benefits me at this point, i know).
Considerably hotter than that, thank goodness. Not a fan of that guy either. I think the funniest. He's ever been was the, "you csn do it",,guy in waterboy. Sad commentary on his career, for me then.

Hope the typhoon goes away!
Cool I like it, but I'm betting you won't see that ad run in America. To PC here for that.

I don't know if the Philippine scooter market/scene is booming, but I've been seeing and hearing a lot more about scooters there coming up in my Google alerts, social media feeds, etc. At the very least, it sounds "buzzy" right now.
Planning a trip for next year. I should go this year, but still recovering from recession woes. Anyway, hoping to get to ride while I'm there. Maybe I'll come for a rally. Do they hand out "furthest traveled" prizes like they do here?

Yup, that's my brother. It's definitely a small world, huh? Especially if you're Pinoy!

Uh... thanks, but I'll take the American model for Stella scooters. WAY hotter, and this girl looks like someone slipped her a fistful of roofies before the photo shoot She ain't all there from the looks of it
