Does the 2009 Buddy 125 have a catylitic converter?

I know this is probably a stupid question but by the noises my scoot spits out, has led me to believe that perhaps this mean machine is packing a catylitic converter i n the exhaust. ANybody know if this is true? I appreciate and input you have to contribute. Thanks guys and gals.

I have a 2009 St. Tropez (150) and I'm in California. And yes, mine has a catalytic converter. I assume the 2009 125's in CA do also. Other State's ... not sure.
