I got the best gas mileage I've ever gotten with my Buddy 125 today, 92.
For those of you that know San Diego at all, I live in El Cajon & drove Downtown to meet up with about 15 other scooterists, then we went to Point Loma Pho & Grill for some grub, then over to OB so one of our group could swap out his scoot, then we went up to Mt. Soledad, then up the coast to Encinitas for some Bubby's Gelato and back. Big waves breaking, kites flying, great for people watching(if you know what I mean)
What a perfect day for scootin'. Just had to share

I love San Diego and used to spend quite some time there. Pre scooting days. But just thinking about it I think it must be a pretty ideal city to scoot.
Just beautiful, with many sites to see. I like how "small" the city is. It's like a "big little city." Reminds me of Los Angeles but with everything closer in.
I get @ the same, and I have the 150. Maybe I don't ride it hard enough
Almost all of mine is city driving, and I'm wicked hard on it around town, but today it was long stretches by the water. I topped off before I left, and thought I was gonna run out before I got home, so I filled her up again.

Going across town? Sure, be there in 5 minutes!
I've lived in East County for 30 years, and since scootin' there's places I never knew existed in San Diego.

I have to start checking my mileage Tom. I always say I get about 85mpg, but its been a long time. So when I got home from our ride I topped off and started using fuelly. Let see what I get?
My mileage pattern regularly goes 60s-70s-high 80s or low 90s. Like clockwork; no idea why. (Be warned about asking about mileage tracking on this forum. There are a couple of folks who go all ape-sh*t about statistics and such if you do).
Best mileage I ever got was 152mpg. That was VERY early on in ownership and I expect I was riding quite slow while I got used to two wheels!
On the other hand, I just passed 20,000 miles on my Buddy a day or two ago! Granted, I had the engine replaced at around 18k (I ride it pretty hard nowadays, I guess) but I'm happy to have hit that number of miles!
