3 way rear rack, spare tire carrier, and ironing board?

I am trying to find a rear rack with the spare tire carrier that has the tall "ironing board" backrest to fit a Stella 4T. Has anyone seen such a combo?

never seen the combo although you could probably get the one with the spare carrier and attach a taller backrest to it easily.
