Mirrors stems

OK, so I already hate my mirrors on my Stella 4T. I get a great view of my shoulders, but nothing else. The stock stems are only 10" long, and as I plan on adding Stadium type mirrors to a front rack later on, I figured I could get a pair of Stadiums with 14" stems and mount these in their place. Hmmm. 14" stems I can find, but they are all unthreaded. has anyone else tried this? Is there a source for threaded 14" stems?

I like the setup. They still vibrate, been meaning to put some rubber washers on the see if that helps, but I recommend this setup.

Longer stems I can get. And with the 4T, I really do not have bad vibration. What I am really looking for are just threaded stems, without mirrors, so i can put the Stadium style mirrors on that I want.

Ahahaha! Yes, it really does make a difference. I also think these mirrors are just wider, like the slope of the stem is different, so even if the stems were the same length as the stock mirrors, they would sit wider. I think that makes sense.
