Do you recommend a license plate holder?
Do you recommend a license plate holder for 1963 VBB? It didn't come with one and I think the vintage blue tag (in Florida) would look awesome without the holder. Is there an advantage of having a tag holder? Can I just install the tag on the rear fender with bolts? Of course, I will make sure that it won't scratch the paint.

Fit a sheet of rubber behind the plate to protect the paintwork. Bolt it flush to the bike if possible so it won't rattle as much. You could go with a period style part, check what's available at your local cycle shop, or fabricate one out of a strip of steel stock from the local hardware store...all depends on your tastes.
At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...

I usually put some 3M mounting tape stick it and bolt it right on. It's your scooter so go for whatever you want to do with it!
