AGV Sport Telluride Waterproof Jacket : Opinions?

Thinking about picking up the AGV Sport Telluride Waterproof Jacket for the Pacific Northwest. I do not get much rain where I am but it is chilly and damp. Anyone have anything really terrible to say about it? I am not looking for perfection, just protection and dry and warmth while I go on longer trips with my Buddy 50.
