motorpacing with cyclists

Post by redcass »

My dh is a competitive cyclist and has asked me to do motorpacing with him. I'm happy to oblige, but I've never done this before. Sure, he has lots of suggestions, but I'm wondering about it from the scooter side.

Have any of you led motorpacing with your scoot? Any tips?

Thanks!

make sure he keeps a good distance from your back tire until you are both comfortable that you can consistantly go one set speed. keep an eye on him. try to coast to slow down instead of breaking.
