Topcase help needed

New to the forum seeking any advice you can offer... I about 4 months ago I bought a genuine topcase for my buddy and I've finally gotten around to putting it on, but I don't have instructions in the case and it doesn't make sense to me... does any one have instructions or can give some advice? Thanks, greatly appreciated!

Also, I would just take it to the dealer, but they don't sell Buddy's anymore and the closest dealer is about 45 minutes away...
