Changing Avatars

I've noticed that a few folks have changed their avatars recently. (Krusty, DennisD, and djelliott come to mind) This is great – love seeing creativity expressed. Here's the thing. In the online world, one's avatar is in many regards one's face, and is how we all recognize one another. We could have known someone via their avatar for months/years, but once it is changed, we don't recognize them as the same person. So...

I thought I'd start a thread where people could post their before and after avatar changes. That way we can keep track of each others visual evolutions and not forget who each other is... er, was...

Whadaya think? Good idea? Or delete this thread?

Being new and not really owning a scooter yet, I am just using the generic stock avatar of the scooter I've been riding. I do plan to change to a more permanent one later though.
I could change to the pic of me I used in the "who are you in real life" thread. Whatcha think?
