that is my guess, the 2 stroke oil was 3/4 full. Either way its fixed now, and for free. Paint got ordered today!

all the pieces are primered! Would have had it painted but the primer took a little to long to cure.

Just curious why you bondo'd the pieces but not the 2 punch out accessory holes in the front. Lots of people want those covered up for good, I'm surprised you left them on.

Bondo? Thats all primer.
Alot of time went into these plastics. Here is a shot of it completely finished (sorry camera phone shot, ill get really good ones when the scooter is back together.
Tri Stage Pearl Fire Orange, 2 coats primer, 3 coats base orange, 3 coats base pearl, 2 coats of cleaer.

Looks an awful lot like sunset, why not just swap panels? Either way I really dig that color.

the scooter isnt put back together, the wheels are still being powder coated. Its no where near sunset, i went to the genuine place here and its wayyy different, it looks amazing in the sunlight though

yea all i used was a enduro headlight a 40 gallon air compressor and a cut off wheel
