Sticking Logos on

Post by laxer »

So I see a lot of custom logos and logos for sale from scooterworks, etc. What the best stuff to use to stick them to your scooter if they don't come pre-stickied? Thanks.

Vinyl logos? Or badges?

If it's a badge, 3M double sided automotive tape is what you need. Car's use this type of tape to stick on the manufacture and model name badges.

I think those are all self-adhesive.

I use a silicone adhesive for metal badges. Sticks good, comes off it you want it to.

Hardware and automotive stores will have them. They're often used for glass, aquariums, things like that.

You could also use clear adhesive caulking if you happen to have some lying around. Latex or silicon would work and it would be H2O proof. Comes right off when you want it to.
