I've seen this before but it was forwarded to me and I thought I'd post it here.

Although I love my scooter, here is a concept that might just catch on. I for one would opt for something like this simply b/c of the protection from the elements.

They already have these in Italy. Guess they're good in the rain, but mostly old men ride these :lol:

There's a C1 clone that some China scoot shop makes. I see them around town now and again. They're only powered by 150cc's though so they're a bit on the slow side for that much mass.
