stupid wind

Post by brape »

We had a record high today (67) and I couldn't talk myself into scooting to school :( until 1pm we had a high wind advisory for gusts up to 50mph, then for the rest of the afternoon up to 30mph. I leave the house at 1 and decided that wind gusts where not the safest thing to scoot in. :(

I agree. High winds are as bad as rain in my book. 30-50mph gusts would be horrendous!

I've ridden in wind with 30+ mph gusts and it sucks. Its really scary when your going over bridges when those gusts come along. Personally I find it way scarier than riding in the rain. then again I don't much mind riding in the rain :D

I'm with you jason, I'd rather deal with rain, at least thats semi-predictable. You never know when a wind gust is going to come up and try and knock you over.
