Pie charts was the first one I actually caught . I was hooked. Second was the blockbuster late fee one. The guy is so calm and controlled with his reply. It seems to infuriate people. Thought I could take a lesson from all this. Life is short.....relax.

Last time I had a Blockbuster late fee—several years ago—it was quite low, around $1.25. I waited until they spent more in postage telling me I had a late fee than what I owed, then paid it. Victory was mine!
