Post by Kaje »

There aren't any links to it yet buy I experimented and found there is a page up for the blur on the Genuine website.

The funny thing is that all the info is about the rattler

DOT Turn signals? NO! THEY RUINED THE BLUR!

Why add them now when they werent added on the original blurs in 2006/2007?

DOT regulation must be getting tougher, they really ruin the look of the bike.

I'm sure the DOT signals will be easy to remove. I don'ty mind them myself, then again I like as many lights on my scooter as the scooter will handle

well you can thank the companies that have been importing the cheap chineese crap that doesnt meet dot specs
and yes because of these issues all new bikes coming into this country are getting gone over to make sure they are legit

hopefully this will get rid of some of the crap scoots coming into this country

I'm sure the rattler information is just a copy of the rattler page itself. Many web designers when making a new similar page will just duplicate a existing one and change text/images quickly. That explains why it has blur pictures, but a rattler description.

If a scooter can be ruined by turn signals, it's got some serious problems. :|

Here's the video from the page:

I really like both the white and the gun metal colors but I wonder why there arn't any real colors like red or blue? I'd really like a red one, but I guess you could always have it custom painted.

White looks amazing, but I really was hoping for the blue taiwan has, and maybe some sporty graphics that the Gmax's all have world wide.

Genuine finally updated their page about the blur, it's not on the main site yet so you still need to go to the direct blur page from here.

With the new signals up there, you can convert the old signals to orange strobelights!

Gee, and I was just getting excited about the addition of a Stebel horn too! :(

Once I get one of these (Blur) in my hot little hands, those DOT turn signals are coming off! I'm liking the gunmetal/white combo although some brighter colors would have been nice...
