I am so not looking forward to the biblical love bug plagues.

It's that time of year again, where the warm weather starts making me consider something less than a FF helmet. The sun! The breeze! The warmth! Maybe I'll get a half helmet? *THWAP!!* *THUD!!* *BOOOONG!!*
...Nope...nope, full-face is good. Now...where did I put those Windex wipes?

While riding in the rally last weekend I got splatted by something huge with guts that were yellow. At the next stop I put my visor wipe in my pocket, I had forgotten about needing them to be so handy.

Ick.

Agreed. Another perk to being on a scooter vs. motorcycle: handy tray built in!! If it was a MC, I'd need to buy a tank bag. 8)

The two things that I miss the most on the Sym are the purse hook and the super easy to reach storage space. On the Sym it has a lockable glove box, but you can't just reach down there and pull a rag out to wipe your visor and then shove it back in place.

The warm weather has lured me into going without the face shield a few times lately, and each time I've regretted it afterward. The bugs haven't been the problem, but the allergens...!

All the other pro/cons aside for the FF helmet, this tops the list of why FF's are awesome in Spring.

Also, the MC tankbag thing only applies to standards and naked bikes. Many touring bikes have fairing pockets, similar to the ones on the SYM RV250. My Blur has nothing to stash a wipe in, so I got a tank bag for it, lol.
