Found this tacked onto a Blur discussion. I split it and put it over here so someone who knows is more likely to read it.

Well, the idle is pretty low, specially at night... the light blink and very dim.
it need a little higher idle to run smoother.
but i can't find it anywhere. In the manual they show a plastic wheel... but mine doesn't have it.. so i was wondering if somebody can describe the location of the idle screw.
Thanks so much!!

Does the engine run roughly at idle (enough to stall)?
It is common for the light to get dim and flicker a bit at idle.
If there is no hesitation when you give it gas from idle, and no stalling, I wouldn't worry about it.
Raising the idle too high will dig into fuel economy, and could wear your clutch if hitting the rpm of clutch engagement.
All that said, if you remove the airfilter/airbox off of the carb, you should see the idle speed screw. It has a plastic knob and should be right there(hard to see with the airfilter/airbox on, perhaps that is the problem?

Valves are for wussies.
