where do I get a stair ramp?
Hi, I just got a 125cc buddy (orange!) and I need a ramp to get it up the 3 steps at the entrance of my building (too heavy for me).
I have no idea where to buy one in Seattle. Any ideas? I need it ASAP so I prefer to buy it directly at a store to avoid waiting for delivery.
Help!

Do you need the ramp to be portable to take with you?
Realize you want to buy locally but this might be an idea
http://www.portable-wheelchair-ramps.co ... _ramp.aspx
The dealer for my scoot has a ramp for scooters that folds in 1/2 the long way (about 12" wide) except it is long enough to use to load scooter on back of pickup truck. Maybe they make something like this but not as long.

This might give you some ideas to take with to your local stores and ask if they have anything similar available.
Did you check with the dealer you bought your Buddy from?

Folding ramps stink. Hate 'em.
When I take a scooter to my downtown apartment, I bring it inside up 3 steps. I found a 4 foot x 8" plank. Works like a champ and cost me nothing.
