Stella Maintenance Manual

Post by ericalm »

This isn't the full service manual and it's in Italian but it does have a decent wiring diagram and some tables you could figure out without needing a translator.

Still searching for manuals in English. They're out there, but all of the UK sites that had hosted them have pulled the links down for some reason. This includes the UK distributor. Huh.

It's the Stella 4T service manual that we need, not the owner's manual. That's not there.

Annnnnnnd I think the Italian one is the same as the English one we have. It was just called something else in the link I found. I'll look again.

What's weird is that a few UK sites had links up, then a couple links stopped working (I bet they linked to the same file) then they disappeared.

I even posted on the LML UK forum and asked on their Facebook, but they're keeping mum.

The hunt goes on!

"Lo Scooter"! What's that?

This is sort of on topic, but I'm wondering if there is a book that has simple repairs and troubleshooting for [whatever the closest scooter species is to the Stella.]

For example, I have a book about general bike repair--it talks about how to tighten cables, change brakes, what to grease/lube and when, etc.

For the most part, I'm going to let the dealer handle most of the repairs while it's under warranty. I've already had a few things replaced (oil filter gasket, carb needle and float), but I would like to be less ignorant :)

They Haynes book on the P series Vespas would be closest. Everything applies except, well, the engine. And evap. Otherwise…

Good luck finding it guys. Having the 2T Service Manual has saved me a ton of cash already.

Probably not the same. We do have a wiring diagram for the Stella 4T, fortunately.
