Hoping the Admins don't just move this. I'm on my 2nd Buddy. This is a 150 and just hit 5000 miles and yes, once again stall stall. Always after is warm. Normally when I'm just getting home after a ride.
Just shuts off, but will start back up. I hate going through all this again. Same exact problem on the last one. Had the carb cleaned, changed all fuel lines, emptied fuel tank, changed battery, replaced stater. Of course won't do it when I'm at the shop.
Any ideas and thanks! I'm in Arizona btw.

Is your idle speed set too low? If so, it can be adjusted at the carburetor. My Blur has an access plug on the bottom of the pet carrier. Remove the plug and look through the hole; you should see the idle adjustment screw there. Turn it clockwise to increase the idle speed. Small adjustments only and only after the engine is fully warmed-up.
Some people can break a crowbar in a sandbox.

Weird!
Does it sputter before you stall? Any noise or clues it's going to happen? Poor riding, then stall?
Does it always happen after a ride of at least a certain length? When does it stall? At stop lights?
Will it stall when you're moving? What if you're coasting?

thanks
Thanks for the responses. My old 125 did same thing (it turned out to be stater but don't want to just to conclusions).
Low idle, hmm, maybe,....I'll adjust.
Eric, it only does once in a while. After it's warm and I come to a stop. No studder, it just stops.
Thanks!
Glen

gas cap
Not sure the gas cap is vented (stock cap with this bike). I'd normally think that would happen in 'AZ in the summer. It's just started happening and cool now but good idea to check. Thanks

Re: gas cap
By vented I mean....well there's a small drill bit involved. They don't come vented from birth, many owners have made provisions to eliminate a vapor-lock scenario.Glen G wrote:Not sure the gas cap is vented (stock cap with this bike).
