What to do with a Pink Buddy?
It belongs to a friend of mine, she wants to sell it, I would buy it but it's Pink! Painting it would be possible, tho the finish is unblemeshed. I am in my 60's look it and have been in some very middle class working man jobs in my life, but... It's Pink! Any input? R

Putting a white (or black) panel or two on it would make it a bit less pink, if you don't want to buy all new panels.
You can also buy a wrap to put on the scooter.
Maybe some people will post pictures of their multi-color Buddys here so you could get an idea of what it would look like.

pink can sell, however. even in less populace areas. someone, even if just one....may want a pink scooter. or a good deal on something they can paint or change the panels of
YOU might want to order panels and include them in the sale if it helps make a sale

I used to work backstage for various theatres. They would often hire extra hands during a particularly nasty crunch time (or more often when the producers and designers didn't communicate quite as well as the "bev-nap-blueprints" would have hinted at). The full time people would usually color code their personal tools to distinguish them at a glance from other people's tools and the house tools. I used pink. No one ever borrowed my tools. It was awesome.
Pink isn't a bad color. It's highly visible, unwanted by the opportunist thief and it sorta tells the world "I don't care, neither should you".
If the color does bother you, think about setting up a panel swapping party. Pink isn't made anymore (to my knowledge), so you could probably find someone who would want to swap panels with you because they couldn't find a pink Buddy.

Okay...apparently I have WAAAYYY too much time on my hands, but I was playing around in Paint, and here you go. You can buy as many black panels as you want, when you want, and here's what it would look like:

Combining this advice with the Mixed Martial arts advice makes an interesting starting point. The Warrior Priest on a Pink Buddy bringing True Enlightenment to one Brew Pub, (I don't drink, but the local scooter club has a built in beer compass) and coffee shop at a time,; coffee my chosen addiction. What colour Robes and accurments go with Pink? Rericalm wrote:Riding around on a pink scooter helps make you a more enlightened and humble person. Rock it as is.
