Saint Patricks day ride

Post by BigBenlor »

I rode up to denver this weekend for a scooter ride with a scooter club called The Misfit Toys SC.

It was a blast, had great weather and met a ton of good people.

Here are some pics on my facebook (pics too big for here)

Cool pics! I like that orange and black Big Ruckus. That is a big one right? Seems a bit big to be a 50.

That IS a big ruckus, and man is it huge!

Actually the first time I got to see one in person. And it was a lot bigger then they seem. I have the "little brother" same engine size and everything (honda elite 250), but that big ruck had to be an extra 24" long, and made it seemed small. I like the back rest, thats gotta be nice

He said it's pretty slow for a 250, but it carries a lot of stuff!

That green CH250 is yours? Rare color if that's not painted!

Awesome pics. I love the woman getting her hair sprayed green, super festive... she has the patch version of the sugar skull on my front fairing too!

EDIT: I also love the Big Ruckus. I have wanted one of those for a long time.
The Stella with the flames and the fancy-pants custom seat is killer too.

Yeah, mine is the Ch-250 Green, and yes I had painted it, it came the "regular red" and I didnt care for it that much, so I painted the green and white.

And yeah the guy with the flame seat said he had that done recently, its gorgous, looks better in person.

Yeah, made me realize how 'vanilla' my scoot is!

I have friends who are painters and friends who do vinyl, so as soon as I get the repairs, it's on.

There is nothing wrong with the italia, but there is a lot that you could do to it. It a blank canvas just waiting for change

I do like your Crash bars I guess you'd call them, I wish I had a set for mine, but the only ones I can find are NOS and like $300 for a set
