I ran across this today and I'm not sure what to make of it yet. I don't have a lot time to read through and investigate.

Looks like a scooter designing contest... of course some things may be lost in translation.

You would think a company the size of PGO with a global market could manage to find a translator who speaks english for their websites and manuals.

Did you notice this? Looks like pgo is releasing the buddy design as a "usa bubu." Geuss they liked genuines paint schemes. I wish I could read chinese:
