Introducing...my newly redesigned website

Post by mattgordon »

I have maintained a personal website about my scooter obsession for nearly 12 years, called "The Vespa Aficionado" (sorry, the Buddy and even Genuine didn't exist when I named it ).

I've just recently nearly completed a long overdue redesign, and would like to roll it out now....http://web.mac.com/gogogordy

Please feel free to peruse it, and if you'd like see any links I have not included, let me know, and I'll see if they can be included.

Compliments about it can be made publicly on this board, complaints can be PM'ed privately, or not made at all :P

I hope you enjoy, please check back often, it is and always will be a work-in-progress.

Very nice!

You can also include a link to it in your profile, so people will see a link to it whenever you've posted- look for the "WWW" icon under a post.

Good job! I think owners of many scooters are on some level "Vespa Aficionados." I could be wrong, but it seems that for most of us, the first scoot we wanted was a Vespa.

Did you build this in iWeb?
Eric // LA Scooter Meetup Group // Stella 4T // Vespa LX // Vespa LXS // Honda Helix // some, uh, projects…

Yes I did. Wow!

I used to hammer it out in HTML till about 2000, then a friend turned me on to Front Page, then in March of this year I got sick of my PC, got a MAC, and....well? iWeb can make any ham-handed computerist like me produce a not too bad site.

Glad you like it.
