New rider in San Diego!

Post by awfulshot »

More specifically, Encinitas.

hooray! I had a very fun ride up the coast from motorsport scooters, got it up to 70 indicated when going down torrey pines road but then didn't want to die on the first day I had it so I chilled out the rest of the ride. I am a lot more confident than when i first sat on the scooter, but I don't want to get overconfident.

I'll be looking for all of you on the road~

Congrats on the new ride! Nice looking. I got the Italia about a month and I love it. Motorsports is a great place too.
Enjoy the ride.

Hey guys! Just bought a used black Buddy 125 a few weeks ago. I'm up in Vista, but would love to connect with more San Diego riders!

My wife and I have Buddy's and live in Bay Ho. I ride the 170 to work about 3 days a week though mission valley.

I grew up in that area! I live near Hillcrest now, and ride through Presidio and then Bay Ho on the way to work in Clairemont Mesa. It takes longer than riding through Mission Valley, but I love the scenic route! :D

LOTS of SD people on the forum. Some of my favorite scooterists are down there and many of them ride Buddys!
