As Andy Rooney might say ... Have you ever wondered if the very quiet electric scooters (and other vehicles for that matter), might pose some sort of safety hazard as they sneak up on unsuspecting pedestrians and motorists?

That takes me back to the days I delivered pizza in Lenoir NC on my Tomos Targa... the good old days!
