A couple of weeks ago, I took a little vacation to Flagstaff, AZ. From there, I rode across mountains and high desert and rode my Buddy to the Grand Canyon. Had a great time and wrote about it in our club's blog. I hope you can check it out:

I was just at the Grand Canyon last week and thought it couldn't get any more awesome. I guess I forgot to bring my scooter!

I just mentally added this to my list of things to do. I've wanted to go there for a long time now. How great would that be on a buddy?!

Very nice! And I think I just added this to my bucket riding list, although I should be able to make this detour while doing my route 66 trip.

I have done a couple of winter kayak trips down the Grand Canyon. I plan on going back for a spring or summer trip next, and have been thinking about getting my friends to drive the gear down while I ride the BV350 from Bellingham to Flagstaff via Zion National Park.
It would be a great ride after the snow was done for the year.

Awesome! I'm super jealous!! I went there when I was around 11 years old and have always wanted to go back... On a scooter would be a bonus!
