Buddy Matte Black Foot-Rests

Post by nickcornaglia »

Not really sure if anyone finds it interesting.
Not really sure why I bought the foot rests either.

Every stock Psycho photo shows the scooter with rear footrests installed.
Mine did not come with them and I didn't want to feel left out.
Plus it makes the scooter look a bit more "rugged" and at $20 it was a steal.

My 12yo son likes them as they make him feel more comfortable when sitting on the back.

Literally 2 minutes to install. It came with chrome bolts for some odd reason, but I just used the black bolts that were already there.

Where did you find those for $20? I thought the only way they were available was as a set with the cowl protectors....

Scooterwest.com. They have both chrome and black. The Psycho already came with the cowl protector.

Actually, they're getting in my way when I put my feet down at a stop and when I pick them back up. I need to get used to them.

I need to get used to them too! Actually , I'd like to find a quick release type deal for them. I only have them on when my little ones are riding with me. It is okay to take them off and put em on with a rachet. . . but I'd like some type of knob or some type of quick release - like on a bicycle seat . . . so I wouldn't need my tools. . . I had something on my Stella that was a quick release but I cannot remember what it was
Any suggestions?
