Oil Cooler
So I've been looking into getting a oil cooler for my buddy 125 now that I have a 26 mile round trip to work everyday in hotter temps. I was originally looking at the NYC cooler that is on scooterworks that says will fit the 125. But now I have found a cooler that say it for a gy6 and is a little bit cheaper. BootScootin'FireFighter rode his 125cc Buddy cross county in the Scooter Canonball and others have done the same or gone farther on their 125's all with stock oil cooling. I personally have ridden with stock 125's on 100+ mile days on a number of occasions. I'm sure your stock scooter will be just fine for a 13 mile ride with an 8 hour work-day cool down before riding home again.
