It's made to work with a standard luggage rack. It also has a strap to help concentrate the load even further forward. I don't know if your average scoot had the weight forward for this to work, though. Then again, with some of today's superlight bikes, who knows? Also, I suspect a folding bike might work.

Anyway, it's for the individual to evaluate. I recall this being brought up before. Maybe an adaption of some sort might work safely.

Yep - I see a Buddy wheelie! Nt to mention with the weight extended off the back of the rack, that looks like it would stress the Buddy rear rack. Definitely over 8 pounds!

Also on that site is a handlebar-mounted "Turtle Shell" speaker that looks friggin cool, and is Bluetooth!
