No compression and the kickstarter just spins without resistance? Sounds like you either have a dead top end with nary a ring left to seal the piston, no sparkplug in it (hey, I know it's obvious but I've seen people miss it before) or a hole in the piston. Any bike sitting for a year isn't good. A 2 stroke sitting for a year? Really not good. You really just can't dust them off, throw some gas in the tank and be off.
Either way, my next course of action would be to pull the head off and see what's what in the cylinder. Only way to be sure. But, those would be my guesses

To clarify....
Are you saying that yesterday you had good compression and today you don't?she kicked over yesterday but today the kikker is without any compression.... and she is rollin in gear????......
Are you saying that yesterday the electric start would work fine but today it does not?no power on electic start....
Are you saying that yesterday the transmission worked fine, but now the scoot rolls without resistance when pushed while in gear with the clutch out?and she is rollin in gear???

It sounds more like a clutch problem to me. If the clutch retaining ring has failed the clutch will not engage. I had this happen during CBR 2012 when a new newfield cosa reinforced clutch asploded after about 1K miles.
You say you changed the oil. Did you change the 2T oil from the resevoir or the gear oil or both?
I would first check the clutch arm and make sure that nothing is preventing it from returning. If that looks good I would pull the clutch cover and then try using a holding tool and see if the clutch still turns while trying to remove the retaining nut. If it does turn let us know...ther is a trick to getting an asploded clutch off that I learned in a parking lot...I think it was Texas.

Rolling in gear indicates a blown clutch.alloo66 wrote:Does the bike get spark when turning over? Is there fuel in the tank? Maybe the bike carburator is clogged? The bike maybe seized.
Does the flywheel turn when kicking? If the flywheel doesn't turn when kicking there will not be any spark
If the top end was seized the kick start would not move if the clutch was engaged
If the flywheel and piston aren't moving it really doesn't matter what the carb is doing.
It could also be a broken clutch woodruff key
Have you checked the gear oil level? If too low the clutch will overheat and asplode. Mine happened at a gas stop. Rode in, gassed up and when I went to start it nothing. I think the retaining ring broke on the first kick after cooling off during refueling.
