Any competent motorcycle tech can do service such as oil changes and replacement of generic components (e.g. spark plugs, tires). Repairs needing manufacture-specific parts are where you'll need an authorized dealer who can get them wholesale.
Good point. I do all my own basics such as oil change and plugs. Have
a good friend who is a Tech who doese the more in depth stuff while I
hand him wrenches.
