Long Ride

Post by Buddy Guy »

To my So Cal riders. Me and the wife are thinking of taking a hike up PCH to Malibu to a beach out there. It's going to be a 31 mile trip one way. We'll be 2 up on our Buddy 125. He just got a tune up a few miles ago. Will he hold out alright?

If you normally ride 2-up with no problems this should be an easy ride.

The bike can handle it, no problem. Whether you'll be comfortable for that distance, whether the traffic and/or limited speed will be a problem, etc. are more important things to look at.

That's an easy ride. I rode a Buddy 50 nearly 300 miles. Just take your time and enjoy the ride. Don't let the angry people in their steel cages get you down.

Great, thanks guys. We normally ride pretty comfortably and I'm not too worried about the traffic.
