Stelletto

Post by Stitch »

Ok, we have 3 Stella models now.
2t
4t
And the automatic.

Time to rename one to avoid confusion.
I propose: Stella+auto = stelletto.

If you say Stella auto enough times it'll make sense.
"Stella" is Latin for "use threadlocker on all fasteners"

With the new automatic stella, we will need a new discussion forum.

"Stelletto Discussions"

Otherwise it will get confusing.

Honestly, I'll just send them to General.

Breaking up the forums into small groups has proven to not be the best idea. Having almost everything in one works better for this kind of community.

I know, some people hate it or like another forum that does it a different way. But time has shown us that splitting it up fractures the group and reduces participation. Go figure.

Yes Stitch, they aren't allowed in the "real" Stella section, they have to go out into GenPop or bugger off down into steerage.

The name Stelleto is amazing for a scooter, makes me want to check one out :)

I'd go with Stellato. Considering all the intake and cooling snorkels on it, if you were to kit one, it'd probably melt.

EDIT: Fixed my mis-mispelling.

At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...

Seriously...I've lost count...

Melt, as in gelato, or incinerate, as in Stellauto-da-fé?

I was thinking of the former, fixed that goof.

Great repartee with the latter, though. :)

I, Like many of you here, wish that I had a dollar for every time I was asked if the Stella came as an auto. If Genuine really cruises this form I would seriously take the name "Stellato" or "Stelleto" for this new scoot. Cos it's brilliant. Given that Genuine, and everyone else, loves a play on words....
