Any good Authorized Genuine Dealerships in Phoenix area?
Hey everyone I'm looking for a Genuine Dealership that people in the Phoenix area have had good experiences with. Most of the dealers on the Genuine website don't deal with Genuine anymore or aren't in business and pretty much the same thing with any internet searches. I've only been able to find one around the area that is authorized to do warranty work and the next closest dealer I've found is in Prescott. Thanks

Maybe Performance Scooter on Scottsdale and Oak
I don't know if they are an authorized dealer, but Performance scooter has Genuine listed on their website, and they had a handful of Genuine models on the floor when I was there in August. I don't ride a Genuine but I did bring my scooter in for a carburetor problem and they had it fixed the same day, and it's been running fine since. Their mechanic explained that he always tries to provide same day or next day service because he depends on his scooter as his only transportation and is sympathetic to customers who do too.
They have a couple of bad reviews on the interwebs, but also several very positive ones. All I can say is that I don't know what makes one person have a good experience and one person have a bad one. I only went there once so maybe my experience was the exception; maybe the bad experiences were. And you never know what's going on behind the scenes... is the business on the verge of caving or losing one of its lines? It seems like those are always possibilities in the current market.
I would be curious about other Phoenician's opinions about Performance, as well as the other scooter shops (non-genuine) in the Valley.

Performance Scooter
Performance Scooter is fantastic. Lot of our Members use them, I use them myself. They used to focus on China made scooters, and now have brought in Kymco & Genuine. Some of the reviews from the past was more about the China scoots. They are a small shop. Good people. Sure you'll be happy with them.
