Scooter thefts are usually crimes of opportunity. Maybe he just happened to be walking along with his pet grenade when he saw a vulnerable Buddy.

Hmm... Happens to be the town I live in. For the last 30years. Maybe I need to go shopping for grenades. The crime rate in this town is actually about 1.5 times the national average; I don't love it here.

I have a decent job here. And the outdoor recreation opportunities are amazing; especially if you like saltwater, islands, lakes, rivers, mountains, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, kayaking, sailing, beautiful roads to ride (2 or 3 seasons of the year), etc...

But, to me, Everett itself is kinda like that dope's grenade: a dud.
