Hello again!
The Service Manual indicates that the idle speed on this scoot is determined by the ECU.
QUESTION: Does anyone know how to manually adjust the idle speed on this scoot?
Thanks!

If the idle speed is off you need to reset the ECU by unplugging the battery. Unplug wait a few minutes, re connect the battery. THEN:
1.
Hold the throttle wide open and turn the key
to the on position (do not start the motor).
2.
After the fuel pump and idle motor are heard
and stop cycling re
lease the throttle.
3.
Turn the key off and the initialization is done!
4.
Start the scooter and check cold and wa
rm idle operation. (cold 2000rpm & warm
1700rpm
