Vespa for a Buddy

Post by Ms. Milan »

Hello all. I am looking at a 150cc Serie Italia to replace my Vespa PX. Because of surgery on my left hand, I can no longer ride a manual transmission bike.

I went to my local dealer and I am happy with my decision. Now, to sell my PX.

If anyone is interested. Its on '05, red, and has 550 miles on her. I upgraded the seat and am including stock seat, chrome bumper and rear rack and rubber mat. Still under warranty till June. I am asking $4000.00 OBO. The scoot is in Milan, Michigan and you have to pick it up.

Has anyone else gone from a manual to a twist and go? Thoughts?

I switch back and forth, and it takes some getting used to, especially in panic situations when you're slamming your foot into a brake pedal that's not there, or trying to clutch and swerving to a stop. Be careful and don't forget which bike you're on!

Well I sold my Vespa today. I am really looking forward to purchasing the Buddy. As soon as I can get some rides in, I'll update.
