That's a cool scoot and a piece of history with Genuine.....by why post this on CL?

Very few(no one) people are going to know about the significance of this scoot.

And as far as the 5k price? Piss off.

Neat, but no way anyone is gonna drop that on a 50. Well, maybe if Phil delivered it. And brought tacos.
"Stella" is Latin for "use threadlocker on all fasteners"

Tacos, with amazing sides.

WTF? The Black Cat and now this?

I'll buy both at a decent price.

My friend had to sell her Lemonhead back to the seller since the seller couldn't produce Paperwork. It seemed nice but I never got to recall check it out!

Seems to me, 'Genuine' is doing everything they can to 'rid' themselves of Phil's 'legacy'....
Sad.

I believe Phil's has been San Diego. Saw his picture in today's Scooterwest email about their koozy contest.

Hey Genuine! Quit wasting energy on sweeping Phil under the rug, you need to be working on getting rid of the stigma of how bad the Stellauto is. :P
At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...

Seriously...I've lost count...

Seven mopeds ...that's still manageable...

right?

Unless it was going to Phil directly, I could care less about the 'collectible' part. What am I going to do, never ride it, put it in a conditioned garage, and hope 50 years from now someone will want to pay me millions for it?

I do love my Buddy, but I don't think anyone is going to care.

Man, the "Pucker Power" decal on the front fender sells the whole bike. Who wouldn't want that bold declaration to herald their arrival?
