What's the difference in these battery tenders?

Post by bigmike7801 »

I was looking on Amazon for a new battery tender as I sold my old one when I sold my Buddy a few months ago.

I came across 2 that seemed to have the same specs.
Is it just that the PN: 022-0192 is approved for California standards?

Just like the ad copy says - the second one is the California compliant version of the first one.

"This unit replaces the 021-0123 in the California market."

Who knows what they had to change to make it California compliant?

Yeah, and 5 labels warning that the state of California has determined electricity to be a known cause of electrocution. So be safe, and don't ever use it in the shower. :D
