PM feature extremely slow

It has been an issue in the past but now its really dragging. I shot out a pm over 12 hours ago and find that it is still hanging out in the outbox. Anyone else having this situation?

Is it possible that you're quitting the web or closing your window before it sends?

Anyone else having a problem?

Pretty certain they hang in the outbox until read. Then they go to the sentbox. It seems like a strange way for things to work but from what I can tell, that's how it goes.

I just picked up a PM from you a couple minutes ago so that one should now be in your sentbox.

Yep. I've had PMs linger in the outbox for months, unread and unanswered.

There's also a forum glitch which may hold up some PMs, causing them to stall in the outbox. If you think this has happened, go to your outbox, select your PM, edit it and re-submit it. But give them 12-24 hours, as the recipient may just not be online or may not have their notifications set up to email them when they receive a PM.
