Ack!

Although the large americano travel cup fits happily in Il Drago Verde's front pocket, It tends to erupt like a science fair volcano on the road.

doh

Took my travel mug (with a closed lid) of tea with me this morning. Lost a fair portion of it to the floorboard and road given the sorry state of asphalt in San Antonio.

Next time, I think I'll just stick with my water bottle.

Hi, fellow san antonian!

I just purchased a travel mug made by Thermos - the lid screws on and doesn't have any holes in it, so it doesn't leak even when you're riding over our atrocious san antonio roads! Of course, you can't drink out of it until you're in a position to unscrew/rescrew the lid, but I wear a FF helmet so I wouldn't be doing that until I reached my destination, anyway.

I found it at Target in the camping supplies section.

Ahoy!

Sounds like a good find. I'm riding full-face, too, so it's not like I was drinking it anyway.

Might pick one up, but I'll probably just stick with the same nalgene bottle I've been carrying for ten years. Only switched to the travel mug this month when the wife started making me tea. :D
