PGO PM50 and 110 Service Manual
I found this earlier, a service manual for the PM50 and 110. It's two 58-page pdf files, complete with pictures!
Apparently this is not supposed to be a publicly available document, even though I found it in less than 2 minutes by searching Google. I didn't mean to piss anyone off by posting the link, I was just trying to be helpful by sharing knowledge that I believed was pubicly available. So, I have removed the link.

I wouldn't worry about posting a link to it.
The people at www.scootercommunity.com.au are the ones hosting the file.
They are the ones that will have to deal with any copy write problems.
It is posted in a publicly available forum and even linked on google
edit: i just downloaded it and looked at, it looks home made. While the information in it may be 100% correct i wouldn't trust it based on it's appearance.

Are you forgetting how awful the normal user's manual looks, with the bad grammar and frequent use of the wrong words?
Someone on another forum had posted a comment that made me kinda regret posting it, so I figured it would be best to just remove the link. I didn't want to be ticking off Scooterworks, or dealers, or anyone else. Anyone can go and find it on Google if they know how to type and click the search button.
I'd use it strictly for reference anyway. It's nice to see what is working "behind the scenes" without taking everything apart. I'm still taking my Roughhouse to the dealer's for everything because they are awesome, but it is nice to have some background information readily available for someone like me who didn't have a clue what a clutch spring looked like only a week ago!

People modding the hell out of their scooters I suppose. The argument presented was that som people might take advantage of this information and use it inappropriately, resulting in others calling Scooterworks and Genuine about warranties because they messed something up. I can kind of understand where he was coming from... If you have a product and someone sends to the world proprietary information about the product, someone out there MIGHT start making and selling their own mods when they have no previous legal agreement with you. I'm probably worried about nothing, but I can see both sides here. He was just trying to make sure I'm covering my arse so I'm not held responsible for things that probably won't happen.
The way I see it, if you screw up your scooter with improper tuning and void the warranty, it's your own fault. Again, I doubt this would actually happen, but I AM a bit of a pushover and don't enjoy making people angry. I can also understand dealers getting angry if their customers are starting to mess with their scooters and then placing the blame on their mechanic. Those people would've done it anyway, with or without a service manual.
Another unrelated thing is that I might have caused this other website to get pounded and use up a bunch of their bandwidth (more likely than the other concerns, I think). It's just that with how anal people have gotten about downloading mp3's, torrents of bootleg movies, etc, I tend to get a little paranoid.
