Maintenance questions.

At about what mileage do you guys start considering changing the spark plug on your rattlers? Roller weights? Air filter? How often do you have your rattler serviced at the shop? And is there anything else that I should be sure to get checked out at a certain mileage? Valve adjustment? I just hit 1750 mi. I will change my gear oil again at 2000 and every thousand after that. Any other advice? Thanks
